Job summary

Wynn Resorts, Limited is seeking a Bar Porter for Encore Boston Harbor in a seasonal/temporary capacity from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The position carries an hourly wage of USD 31.63 and requires maintaining bar cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and guest-facing standards.

The ideal candidate will be at least 21 years old, able to obtain MA Gaming Commission credentials, and possess or pursue ServSafe certification. Prior related experience and strong attention to detail are preferred.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or above.
• Will be required to obtain and maintain registration or a license issued by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission.
• ServSafe or equivalent certification preferred.
• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of prior related experience preferred.
• Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent knowledge of chemicals, SDS PPE, sanitation and OSHA guidelines.
• Conversational English required; second language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness and sanitary conditions of bar and cocktail venues for prep, service, and post-service.
• Follows internal policies, safety standards, and property-wide controls.
• Delivers high level guest and team member service and satisfaction.
• Keeps up-to-date on departmental policies and procedures and communicates issues.
• Cleans and polishes glassware, bar equipment, and guest-facing elements of the bar.
• Empties trash, cleans counters, tables, chairs, railings, and dusts furniture.
• Works with safety as a priority and attends daily briefings.
