Qualifications

• Previous banquet, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications (tables, chairs, linens, glassware, place settings).
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional food and beverage service during events.
• Ensure all guests receive prompt and courteous service.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and event details.
• Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout events.
• Follow all food safety and alcohol service standards.
• Work collaboratively with banquet captains, culinary staff, and other team members.
• Assist with event breakdown and reset of banquet spaces.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times.
