Hyatt Vacation Ownership in California is seeking a Cook 3 to expertly handle all hot and cold kitchen stations, including meat and fish fabrication, sauces, and banquet prep as needed. This role requires standing, weekend and holiday availability, and a commitment to consistent quality.

As a Seasonal, Full-Time Cook 3, you will follow recipes, prep sheets, and sanitation standards, assist with menu planning and food procurement, and contribute to a positive, professional kitchen environment

Qualifications

• Proficient in hot and cold line cooking.
• Experience with meat and fish prep.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Sanitation and safety procedures followed.

Responsibilities

• Directly procures all food items and follows recipes and prep sheets to set up station.
• Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Follow daily prep lists and production schedules.
• Work with chefs to prepare menus and specials.
• Maintain high standards of quality, cost, and flavor.
• Follow sanitation procedures and proper station upkeep.
• Assist in food procurement, delivery, storage, and usage.
• Support cold and hot line stations during banquets and events.
