The Pacific Club in Newport Beach, CA is seeking a Seasonal Banquet Houseperson to set up, maintain, break down, and reset banquet and club event spaces according to Banquet Event Orders and floor plans. You will move furniture, prepare service areas, and assist with room changes to ensure presentation-ready spaces.

• Read and follow Banquet Event Orders, diagrams and instructions.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and adapt to changes.
• Identify needs, assist the team, and complete tasks efficiently.
• Communicate professionally with managers and team members.
• Stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, break down, and reset banquet rooms according to event specifications.
• Move, arrange, stack, and store tables, chairs, and equipment safely.
• Transport items to and from storage, production, and event areas.
• Maintain clean, organized banquet storage areas and return items after use.
• Assist with banquet inventory and basic electrical/AV setup for testing.
• Support loading/unloading and cleanup with appropriate containers.
• Inspect rooms daily and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Communicate with event staff and managers to ensure seamless service.
