Qualifications

• Experience serving alcoholic beverages in a hotel or similar setting.
• Ability to communicate well with guests and team members.
• Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
• Knowledge of beverage safety and handling per state and hotel policies.

Responsibilities

• Check banquet event orders to determine function details and bar requirements.
• Set up portable bar in function area according to policies.
• Make and serve drinks to guests in a friendly, timely manner.
• Abide by all state, federal and corporate alcohol-service requirements.
• Clear and clean bar area; return equipment to storage after events.
• Ensure attendance and regular availability for shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
