Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read and speak basic English.
• Able to stand or walk 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Follow instructions and complete trainings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bakery products according to recipes (scaling).
• Follow daily prep lists and job assignments.
• Maintain cleanliness, stock, and product rotation.
• Adhere to food safety, HACCP, FSMA documentation.
• Attend required trainings and work rotating shifts.
