Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service during high-volume periods.
• Prepare and decorate baked goods and beverages per Magnolia recipes.
• Handle cash wrap and POS duties accurately.
• Educate guests about menu items and specials.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with team and Magnolia entities as needed.
• Adhere to loss prevention and safety guidelines.
