Qualifications

• 0-1 years of related work experience preferred.
• Food Handler's license and TABC certification required upon hire.
• Must be available to work weekends, nights, special events, and holidays as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming guests with enthusiasm and provide information to ensure a seamless experience.
• Strategically manage the flow of guests by pre-assigning and seating.
• Obtain reservation information and provide accurate wait times to guests.
• Assist with bussing and resetting tables when needed.
• Ensure menus are cleaned between uses.
• Respond to guest needs and escalate to a manager when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
