Job summary

Encore is seeking a seasonal Audio-Visual Technician for a full-time, on-site role in Miami Beach, FL. You will set up and operate basic AV systems for hospitality events, support guest satisfaction, and report to the Operations Manager or Director of Event Technology.

The position includes full benefits, overtime, and hands-on training for career growth. Key duties include equipment operation, on-site customer service, troubleshooting, and following Encore processes for quotes and invoicing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members that may operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment.
• Deliver on-site customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or software issues in a timely manner.
• Follow company processes for equipment scheduling, invoicing, and orders.
