Job summary

Safelite Fulfilment in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a customer service associate to support in-shop guests and repair order coordination. You will handle calls, emails, warranties, insurance verifications, and scheduling with professional, friendly service.

You will learn Safelite methods, assist technicians, promote products, and ensure smooth communication. A High School diploma and valid license are required; on-the-job training and SafeTech certification are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid state driver's license to operate a company vehicle.
• On-the-job Safelite SafeTech certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome in-shop customers and resolve concerns quickly and efficiently.
• Manage calls, emails and faxes for service issues, pricing, and scheduling.
• Confirm and complete work order information, including insurance verification.
• Perform administrative tasks such as invoices, credits, and rebills.
• Review dealer orders and manage special accounts as needed.
• Repair vehicle glass and recalibrate automotive safety systems where assigned.
