Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a seasonal full-time Audio-Visual Technician to set up and operate basic AV systems in a hospitality environment. The role reports to Operations leadership and offers hands-on training, overtime, and benefits. Anticipated end date: May 2027.

On-site duties include equipment operation, customer service, and up-selling opportunities. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, 1 year of customer service or AV experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members that may operate company vehicles.
• External applicants must meet training and certification requirements within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Operate and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment for events.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships on site.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues promptly.
• Complete system entries, equipment sheets, and invoicing with clients.
