What You’ll Be Doing

1. Manage Retail Operations: Ensure daily store tasks like pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment, and inventory are handled efficiently, keeping the store organized and inviting.
2. Promote Our Culture: Embody the behaviors that foster our Customer Connection, providing stellar engagement and making customers feel valued with top-notch service.
3. Achieve Goals: Bring your best every day, review store performance, and drive sales with purpose and urgency. Communicate effectively with the team and listen actively.

Essential Functions

Preferred Qualifications & Education

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to build effective relationships within the store
• Positive communication skills with all store levels
• Ability to exercise independent judgment in partnership with management
• Knowledge of retail practices

• Flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours

Physical Requirements and Environment

• Lift up to 40 lbs regularly, using proper techniques
• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting
• Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods
