As a Famous Footwear Seasonal Associate, you are passionate about providing the best shoe store experience for every customer. What You’ll Be Doing

1. Ace Retail Operations: Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment, and inventory) are dialed in, keeping the store running smoothly. Use our company standards to keep the store clean, organized, and all styles easily shoppable.
2. Be a Famous Culture Influencer: Embody our culture by providing stellar customer engagement, leaving customers impressed with top-notch experiences, and delivering the styles and brands they crave.
3. Elevate to Your Goal-Crushing Era: Bring your best each day, review store performance, and drive sales with purpose and urgency. Communicate clearly with your team and actively listen to ensure understanding.
