As a Famous Footwear Seasonal Associate, you are passionate about providing the best shoe store experience for every customer. What You’ll Be Doing

1. Ace Retail Operations: Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment, and inventory) are managed efficiently, keeping the store organized, clean, and all styles easily shoppable.
2. Be a Famous Culture Influencer: Embody our culture by providing stellar customer engagement and delivering top-notch experiences, ensuring customers leave satisfied with the styles and brands they desire.
3. Elevate to Your Goal-Crushing Era: Review store performance, drive sales with purpose, and communicate effectively with the team to meet goals. Every shoe sale counts!
4. Act with Integrity: Follow company policies, seek feedback, and pursue professional growth with high standards.

Essential Functions

Preferred Qualifications & Education

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to build effective relationships and communicate positively with team members.
• Independent judgment and discretion in partnership with management.
• Knowledge of retail practices.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 40 lbs. regularly.
• Frequent walking, standing, and other physical activities.
