Position Overview: Seasonal Selling Associate

The Sales Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service, while engaging customers and exhibiting an elevated level of product knowledge and expertise. This is a seasonal, morning shift role (6am–10am).

Key Responsibilities

• Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively
• Provides customers with the right bra fit by asking effective questions
• Converts returns, offers, and promotions into larger sales
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processes transactions accurately
• Reinforces customer buying decisions at checkout and encourages add-on purchases
• Replenishes and maintains floor-ready merchandise and backroom standards
• Executes floorset activities and adheres to brand standards
• Assists with markdowns, re-tickets, and stock management as needed

Salary

Minimum Salary: $12.00

Maximum Salary: $14.75
