Sephora is seeking a Seasonal Associate in San Antonio to deliver outstanding client experiences while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments.

You will help keep the store visually ready, assist with inventory and promotions, and participate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Flexible scheduling is required, with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

As a Seasonal Associate, you'll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to efficiently complete job tasks.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.50/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
