Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Associate at the TX-Kingsgate Center store in Lubbock, TX. You will support store operations and onstage service during peak moments, creating a welcoming experience while keeping the store visually ready.

This role offers flexible scheduling (0–14 hours weekly) with availability during nights, weekends, and holidays. You should be customer-focused, organized, and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation ranges from $16.60 to $19.30 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
