Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Associate at its Austin location (TX-The Domain). You will support store operations and onstage service during peak moments, delivering an outstanding client experience and helping maintain a visually ready store.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays with 0–14 hours per week on schedule. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with a focus on inclusivity and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
$19.80 - $22.90/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
