Job summary

Sephora in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Seasonal Associate to provide an outstanding client experience by supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You will help maintain a stocked, visually ready store and welcome customers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Flex scheduling with non-guaranteed hours, 0–14 hours per week, and availability during nights, weekends and holidays are expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

• Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment preferred.

Compensation

$18.00 - $20.50/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
