Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Seasonal Associate at the Pasadena, TX store to support both store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You will help create a welcoming, visually appealing store and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment where customers feel valued and inspired by our Belong to Something Beautiful culture.

The role is hourly with flexible, non-guaranteed hours and requires availability during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation

$18.00 - $20.50/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
