Job summary

SEPHORA is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. You will contribute to a welcoming store environment, maintain stock readiness, and help deliver an exceptional client experience in a fast-paced setting.

This role requires flexibility in hours (0–14 per week) and availability during nights, weekends, and holidays. You will be part of a team that helps Sephora reflect its brand through promotional setups and event execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation

$20.85 - $23.98/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
