Job summary

Sephora in San Antonio is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver an outstanding client experience by supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments.

You will help maintain a stocked, visually ready store, assist with merchandise setups, and uphold Sephora standards. The role requires flexibility for 0–14 hours weekly, nights, weekends, and holidays, with compensation $18.00–$20.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation

$18.00 - $20.50/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
