Job summary

Sephora in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a Seasonal Associate to provide an outstanding client experience while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments.

You will help maintain a stocked, visually ready store, assist with visual merchandising, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive shopping environment. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a flexible schedule.

Compensation ranges from $21.75 to $24.88 per hour depending on location.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.
