Job summary

Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Associate in the Potomac Mills area of Virginia to support store operations and onstage service during peak times. You will help create an inviting, organized shopping environment and assist with promotions and events.

The role requires availability during nights, weekends, and holidays, with 0–14 hours weekly, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. This is a dynamic, fast-paced position that emphasizes teamwork and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:

$21.75 - $24.88/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
