Job summary

Sephora in Champaign, IL invites you to join as a Seasonal Associate, delivering an outstanding client experience while supporting store operations and onstage service at peak times.

You’ll keep the floor welcoming and visually merchandised, manage inventory and order fulfillment, and help uphold Sephora standards. This role requires flexibility for a 0–14 hour weekly schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced team environment.

As a Seasonal Associate, you'll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. Key Responsibilities

• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:

$18.00 - $20.50/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
