Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You will help maintain a stocked, visually ready store and provide outstanding client experiences in a fast-paced team environment.

The role requires availability during nights, weekends, and holidays, with a flexible 0–14 hours per week schedule. Candidates should be customer-focused, organized, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:

$18.00 - $20.50/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
