Job summary

Sephora in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver outstanding client experiences while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You will help keep the store stocked and visually ready, and assist with merchandising in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This role offers flexible scheduling with 0–14 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and a focus on exceptional client service.

As a Seasonal Associate, you'll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. Key Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

• Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment preferred.

Compensation

$18.00 - $20.50/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
