Job summary

Sephora in Southlake, TX is seeking a results-driven Seasonal Associate to deliver exceptional client experiences and support store operations during peak periods.

You will help maintain a stocked, visually ready store, assist with merchandising and fulfill orders while promoting inclusivity and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Flex scheduling requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, with 0–14 hours per week and pay between $19.80 and $22.90 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:

$19.80 - $22.90/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
