Aspen Skiing Company is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Four Mountain Sports for Winter 2026-27. This full-time seasonal role supports daily store operations, leads teams, and ensures a top-tier guest experience across rental and retail locations.

The position reports to the Store Manager and offers a budgeted salary range of USD 60,000 to USD 72,000 with bonus eligibility for salaried roles. Rolling applications and a strong customer-service focus are key.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in fast-paced retail/rental environments.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Strong guest service and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to lead daily store operations and assume full ownership in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Lead the sales floor during shifts, directing team focus and optimizing guest experience.
• Model and reinforce exceptional guest service standards and promptly resolve escalated guest concerns.
• Drive retail and rental performance through effective selling, cross-selling, and KPI accountability.
• Coach and develop associates, support hiring, onboarding, and training to build a high-performing team.
• Oversee rental operations to ensure equipment selection, fitting, safety, and alignment with retail operations.
