You will contribute to onboarding, performance management, and maintaining store appearance while focusing on safety and KPI attainment.

Qualifications

• High School completion or GED required.
• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Solution-oriented.
• Able to work in fragrance-filled environment.
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
