Responsibilities

• Create welcoming store environment and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maximize sales by applying company selling strategies and building customer relationships.
• Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards program and KPIs.
• Support store manager to build a high-performing team.
• Assist with inventory management and loss prevention measures.
• Follow safety and ethics policies and meet KPI goals.
