Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a store manager for an interim/seasonal position in the Newark, NJ area. You will assist in building a high-performing team, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and drive top-line sales while upholding Newell Brand Values in a fragrance-friendly environment.

You’ll lead onboarding and development, coach staff, manage inventory and safety, and ensure flawless execution of store standards. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School completion or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Solution-oriented mindset.
• Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
