Job summary

Wheels Manufacturing in Louisville, CO is seeking Assemblers – Combined Operations to join two primary streams: Wheels Component Assembly or Mirrors & Bells Assembly and Packaging. You will follow work instructions, build, label, and prepare goods for shipping, while supporting inventory accuracy and a safe work environment.

Eligible candidates read BOMs, perform basic math, and handle hand tools with care, ensuring high-quality labeling and finish.

Qualifications

• Read and comprehend assembly instructions and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Basic math and computer skills for label accuracy and measurements.
• Ability to work with hand tools and small components with care.
• Excellent attention to detail with emphasis on quality and labeling accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small CNC-machined parts and components for Wheels Mfg.
• Package and label finished products for retail and inventory control.
• Maintain inventory levels and verify component quantities.
• Conduct quality checks related to fit, finish, color accuracy, and function.
• Operate basic assembly equipment and support shop organization and safety.
• Cross-train across Wheels Component and Mirrors/Bells assembly streams.
