Job summary

Hinkle Contracting, LLC, a CRH company, is seeking Seasonal Production Workers to support asphalt plant operations in Kentucky. You will perform ground work, operate heavy equipment, and assist with maintenance under the direction of the Plant Foreman.

Applicants should be prepared for outdoor work, night shifts, weekends, and travel as needed, with a focus on safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Pass a pre-employment 'Fit for Work' physical.
• Provide valid I-9 immigration documentation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/m維 maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform ground operations at asphalt plants and general laboring tasks.
• Operate heavy equipment (bobcat, skid steer, man lift, water truck, haul truck) and assist in maintenance.
• Follow Foreman's directions and daily task expectations.
• Complete daily pre- and post-inspections with proper documentation.
• Support training of less-experienced employees and assist with plant upkeep.
