Job summary

Allied Universal Event Services is hiring for event security roles during sports games, concerts and festivals. The position checks bags, enforces access control, and supports guest safety while delivering strong customer service.

Flexible part-time schedules under 30 hours/week, weekly pay every Thursday, and training provided. A security license may be required after hire, with financial assistance available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.
• Background investigation and drug/alcohol screening post-offer.
• Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion.
• Overtime availability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in event day preparation and execution.
• Control access by checking bags, tickets, wristbands, and badges.
• Screen guests with bags, metal detectors, and ID verification.
• Protect guests, staff and assets from security breaches at key points.
• React quickly to crowd control issues and escort unruly guests when needed.
• Understand and apply venue-specific policies and procedures.
• Provide a positive guest experience at entrances and concourses.
• Offer directions and information to enhance guest enjoyment.
