Delaware North operates Barrel Yard at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, seeking seasonal cooks to join our team. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, following recipes and preparation guidelines to deliver quality meals for guests.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year back of house experience.
• Able to read and understand recipes and food abbreviations.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Follow the supervisor’s assignments for opening and closing procedures, as well as food production.
• Prepare food and beverage products for customers by following recipe guidelines, using proper preparation techniques, and sanitation guidelines.
• Set up and operation of kitchen equipment.
• Clean equipment properly according to the correct procedures.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked.
• Work cooperatively with co-workers and management.
