Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is seeking seasonal Club Level Cooks to join our energetic kitchen team. You will help deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests while following recipe guidelines and safety standards.

As part of a fast-paced environment, you will handle food production, equipment setup, and daily sanitation, with opportunities for training, advancement, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail.
• Ability to read and understand recipes and food abbreviations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow procedures and take directions; work as a team player.
• Basic math skills for recipe measurements and proportions.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Follow opening/closing procedures and food production per supervisor.
• Prepare food and beverages per recipes, using proper techniques and sanitation.
• Set up and operate kitchen equipment.
• Clean equipment according to procedures.
• Keep workstation clean, organized, sanitized, and stocked.
• Work cooperatively with co-workers and management.

What will you do?

• Follow supervisor’s assignments for opening and closing procedures, as well as food production.
• Prepare food and beverage products for customers by following recipe guidelines, using proper preparation techniques, and sanitation guidelines.
• Set up and operation of kitchen equipment.
• Clean equipment properly according to correct procedures.
• Keep workstation clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked.
• Work cooperatively with co-workers and management.
