Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with college hours completed to meet district requirements.
• Knowledge and skills to manage first aid, safety protocols, and program coordination.
• Ability to coordinate activities with multiple schools and agencies; data handling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements practice regimes to improve athletic performance.
• Analyzes opposition strategies to inform game plans and adjustments.
• Supervises students during practices, games, and travel; supports recruiting efforts.
• Maintains records for eligibility, schedules, and equipment inventories.
• Collaborates with staff, parents, and community partners to promote the program.
