Job summary

Shepherdsville Elementary School in Shepherdsville, KY is seeking a Head Archery Coach to lead our archery program, manage practices and meets, oversee equipment, and ensure safety and skill development for student athletes.

The coach will work with middle school and high school feeder programs to grow participation, coordinate fundraising, and promote program growth while adhering to district policies and KHSAA requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma/GED or official transcript showing 64 earned credit hours.
• Must be 21 years old.
• Must pass Criminal Background Check and CAN Check.
• Successful completion of First Aid/CPR Certification and KHSAA training.

Responsibilities

• Lead archery practice and meet management.
• Oversee equipment safety and maintenance.
• Instruct shooting technique and safety protocols.
• Coordinate fundraising and program growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with feeder programs to build youth progression.
