Job summary

Minnetonka Public Schools is seeking a Community Education Archery instructor to provide NASP instruction and coaching for students in grades 3-12. You will ensure a safe and fun environment while helping participants develop their skills throughout the program.

This seasonal role requires commitment from June to August 2026, meeting four times a week. Ideal candidates must have or be willing to gain NASP certification and have prior experience in archery.

Qualifications

• Willing to become NASP certified in coaching archery.
• Prior experience in archery preferred.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance for the archery participants.
• Collaborate with assistant coaches to ensure safe practices.
