JOB SUMMARY: An Assistant Archery Coach is responsible for supervising club participants, providing a safe and fun learning environment, and serving as a positive role model.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, plan, and lead archery activities.
• Teach basic archery skills to club members.
• Assist the Archery Coach with ensuring the safety of participants.
• Assist with enforcing all rules and procedures.
• Set up and take down all equipment before and after club activities.
• Maintain a fun and competitive environment.
• Maintain and safeguard the archery equipment.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be a certified Level I Basic Archery Instructor through NASP.
• Previous archery experience.
• Experience working with students.
