Job summary

R.P. Marzilli & Company, Inc. is seeking arborists to join our team for pruning and tree care across the Greater Boston area. We work on ultra high-end landscapes and provide opportunities to grow within a premier outdoor living company.

Join our arborist team and contribute to projects across multiple regions while maintaining safety standards and using a range of pruning techniques and equipment. Experience in ornamental pruning and a valid license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in ornamental pruning.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to operate maintenance equipment including hedge trimmers.
• Willingness to work in all types of weather (heat, rain, cold).
• Strong problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform tree pruning techniques of trees and shrubs.
• Ornamental pruning.
• Removals.
• Properly maintain and operate equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts).
• Implement work zone safety procedures.
• Strong commitment to adhering to the safe workplace culture of R.P. Marzilli
