Job summary

Arbor Care Specialists (ACS) is seeking experienced Tree Care professionals to join our growing team! Located in Walpole, MA, we service properties across the greater Boston area and perform high-end residential tree care to keep client properties looking their best.

The role emphasizes safety, leadership, and hands-on tree care, with opportunities to mentor crew members and advance within a nationwide network of landscape professionals.

Qualifications

• MCA and/or ISA certification preferred or ability to obtain within one year.
• 5+ years experience as a Crew Leader in residential tree care.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Experience as an aerial lift operator and climber.
• Proven ability to safely operate and maintain tree care equipment (e.g., chainsaws, stump grinders, chippers, aerial lifts).
• Strong knowledge of tree species, growth patterns, and proper pruning techniques.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.).
• Capability to work in various outdoor conditions (heat, cold, rain).
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
