Job summary

R.P. Marzilli & Company is seeking Arborists for seasonal pruning in the Greater Boston area, with Medway and Plymouth postings. You’ll perform tree and shrub pruning, removals, and ornamental pruning while maintaining equipment and following safety protocols.

We require at least 1 year of pruning experience and a valid driver’s license. The role offers a strong benefits package, including 401(k), health/dental/vision, FSA/HSA, PTO and tuition reimbursement after one year.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in ornamental pruning.
• Valid DL with clean driving record.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment including hedge trimmers.

• Perform tree pruning techniques of trees and shrubs.
• Ornamental Pruning.
• Removals.
• Properly maintaining and operating equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts).
• Implementing work zone safety procedures.
