Job summary

Mariani Enterprises LLC in Walpole, MA is seeking an Arbor Care Specialist to join our team. You will work on high-end residential properties, applying climbing, rigging, pruning, and tree dissection skills to keep clients' landscapes exceptional.

Ideal candidates have MCA/ISA certification (or ability to obtain within a year), 5+ years as Crew Leader, a clean driver's license, and experience with aerial lifts, chainsaws, and related equipment; must be able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in

Qualifications

• MCA and/or ISA certification preferred or ability to obtain within one year.
• 5+ years experience as a Crew Leader in residential tree care.
• Valid drivers license with clean record.
• Experience as an aerial lift operator and climber.
• Strong knowledge of tree species, growth patterns, and proper pruning techniques.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
• Capable of working in various outdoor conditions (heat, cold, rain).
• Climbing, lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and enforce company safety protocols.
• Support crew leader in ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Perform daily tasks based on project requirements and crew capabilities.
• Participate in on-the-job training and mentorship to crew members.
• Maintain tools and equipment.
• Demonstrate proper climbing and rigging techniques, pruning, and tree dissection skills.
