Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of municipal pools, enforcing safety rules and procedures.
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise lifeguards and aquatic staff; lead safety drills.
• Respond to emergencies; complete incident reports and coordinate with emergency services.
• Oversee swim lessons and aquatic programs; handle inquiries and enforce pool rules.
• Prepare weekly staff schedules; maintain records and assist with supplies.
• Monitor water quality and assist with opening/closing procedures.
