St Louis Aquarium at Union Station is seeking a Seasonal Photography Associate to capture guests' moments and enhance their visit. You’ll provide warm, professional service and help guests choose photo options in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

The role emphasizes photography skills, customer service, and ability to learn the Point-of-Sale system while contributing to guest satisfaction and sales goals.

Qualifications

• Photography experience is a plus, but if you have a great attitude and love interacting with people, we’ll teach you the rest!
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or guest services is helpful.
• Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a knack for anticipating guests’ needs.
• Ability to quickly learn the Point-of-Sale system and confidently handle sales.

Responsibilities

• Capture unique and memorable photos of guests that showcase their Aquarium adventure.
• Provide friendly, professional service to each guest, ensuring they leave with lasting memories.
• Keep the photo area clean, organized, and safe so every interaction is smooth and enjoyable.
• Suggest photo products and packages that enhance the guest experience and maximize sales.
• Work with the team to hit guest experience and sales goals while creating an unforgettable visit for each guest.
