Job summary

St. Louis Aquarium at Union Station is seeking a Merchandise Associate to deliver an engaging guest experience while driving retail sales. You will welcome guests, answer questions, handle transactions, stock displays, and keep the shop clean and organized.

This role requires good communication, the ability to stand for long periods, and teamwork with the Guest Experience team to meet sales goals and provide memorable visits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer, retail, or guest services preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication required.
• Strong listening, presentation, and decision-making abilities.

• Able to learn and use the Point of Sale system.

Responsibilities
