Job summary

The St. Louis Aquarium at Union Station is seeking a Guest Experience Associate to deliver engaging and entertaining experiences to all guests while providing exemplary service. You will educate, entertain and inspire visitors throughout their Aquarium journey and help maximize sales.

Responsibilities include operating the POS, handling cash, maintaining high facility standards, coordinating with departments, and ensuring guest safety and satisfaction on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer, retail or guest services preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging guest experiences and maximize sales.
• Operate POS system and process ticket transactions.
• Maintain clean, safe facility and report issues.
• Collaborate with internal/external departments to ensure smooth guest experience.
• Assist in other departments as required.
