Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Nashville, TN is seeking an Apparel Processing Outfitter to manage the end-to-end processing of apparel shipments from receipt to stocking on the sales floor. You will use inventory systems and display standards to accurately process goods and replenish floor stock, while maintaining clean, organized backrooms and providing friendly customer service.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, assisting with pricing signage, and supporting overall stock organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to use company computer systems and devices.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Process apparel merchandise at receipt using inventory management systems and standards.
• Replenish merchandise to the sales floor per Visual Merchandising Standards.
• Unload trucks as needed and assist with pricing maintenance and signage.
• Keep backroom and work area organized and well stocked with supplies.
• Ensure backstock is organized and accessible, and provide exceptional customer service.
